Right now, many people are vaccinated and looking forward to the summer fun they were deprived of last year.
But as summer winds down, September will roll around once again, bringing with it one of the biggest events of the year. What could that be? The start of football season, maybe? Students returning to schools and colleges, possibly?
These events are big, that’s for sure. But there is something even bigger taking place in Chicago
Everyone who is anyone in the publishing industry will be at the Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel & Art Museum in Rosemont September 20-22.
If you’re not there, you will be missing out on a lot of fun, a lot of meeting and greeting, and a lot of great learning opportunities. Here’s why you and your team should be there.
Another important reason to attend
You will get to see the MagHub event management and ticketing system. We are using it to register those attending the Forum, so you will get to see this exceptional MagHub feature for yourself.
You also will learn more about it at the Forum, including its ticket purchasing capabilities, ticket check-in, and attendee information, all available in one location.
Everything at the MagHub Fall forum is included for $250 per person; plus, those attending will receive professional recorded videos of the class tracks they attend.
A few more reasons to go.
- It’s being held at a convenient venue: right near the airport.
You can’t get more convenient than that. There will be free transportation from O’Hare International Airport for all guests staying at the hotel, so there is no need to reserve a rental car or worry about parking. A discounted room booking link will be up soon.
There will also be an opening night reception at the hotel.
- We have unique entertainment.
In addition to the interesting conversations that always take place at the event, the prize drawings and Tom’s Feature Freakout; we are once again reserving a private suite at Wrigley Field to watch the Cubs take on the Twins. We will have an inside, rooftop suite for all of our guests, along with dinner and transportation to and from the game.
- Endless learning opportunities.
Classes, discussions and plenty of opportunities to ask questions await at every Fall Forum. Each attendee will attend six workshops, a client roundtable, and Tom’s Feature Freakout.
People in every one of your company’s departments will benefit from the learning opportunities at the conference. The Forum is designed to provide something for everyone, no matter what their role – editorial, sales, HR, finance/accounting, marketing, and other departments.
- Network, network, network!
And, naturally, with so many movers and shakers in the publishing industry gathered in one place, the Forum will be an excellent place to network. Many people who attended previous forums have told us that this alone is worth the price of admission. Most of the schmoozing usually takes place during activities that occur between and after the sessions.
- Great food and refreshments.
The following food and refreshments are included in the ticket price:
Appetizers and drinks on the 20th
Breakfast, lunch and dinner at Wrigley on the 21st
And breakfast and lunch on the 22nd
Snacks will also be provided throughout the event.
