Having a log of all emails, phone calls, appointments, and notes in one area for the whole company helps me and anyone else working with the client to always know what is going on with each client, at all times. Plus, having a calendar that syncs to my Microsoft Office 365 calendar, I never miss a beat when prospecting and/or closing deals. Sending contracts with the digital signature link makes it easy for the client to digitally sign it and return it, helping the sales process move faster.
